We hope that you are happy with every purchase you make from However, if you need to return a purchase, please see below for our return policy guidelines and information. 

Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase to our returns department.

What are the requirements for returns? 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to process your return if these requirements aren’t met. Please note that sale and custom items are non-returnable.

Holiday gift giving: Gifts purchased in November and December are eligible to return or exchange until January 25th of the next year.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
